Depending on year of your cart I found rear ends easy to find. So having the spider gear welded on one to give me 2WD. Yes, not posi trac. Yes, it will probably widen my turn ratios. But dealing with hills & soft sand I believe its a good option for more traction.
Just a cheaper option to think about.

A friend of mine at r camp just put a pair of paddle tires on there eletric cart n they were able to go just abouut any were we went with r jacked up carts mud wise anyways

Six inch lift, 22" tires and I drive my cart all over our deer land. I don't look for a place to get stuck but look for around muck.

I have TXT with street tires, and am surprized what it goes through. I have taken it through some deep ditches and goose #$%^ slick trails only getting stuck once when the rear seat floor pan got stuck on the incline of a ditch, then the tires started spinning and it was all over after that. I am installing a lift kit and new tires soon.
