Metal body to plastic, increase speed?
Just curious what the weight difference is and if it would speed my cart up? I have a 96 medalist with a metal body and there are plenty of TXT plastic bodies available with nice paint jobs. I need to paint my cart and I want more speed, might could kill two birds with one stone.

I'm not sure, but it seems like the metal might be lighter. It is pretty thin. We'll see what the experts say....

Body replacement will not gain speed - weight difference is minimal, if any...
