Default Alltrax connection issues

Hey all, I'm having issues with the 500a Alltrax controller on my 2001 Club Car. Its the type with a little circuit board with the wiring harness adapter screwed to the side of the controller with 1 measly screw (poor design, I should think). Anyway, even the smallest bumps and bounces make the controller lose connection and the cart lurches and stutters and jumps and never gets above half speed. Not to mention getting bad connections like that, surely the pins are sparking and arcing to the wiring harness. I've tried cleaning the pins and connectors, and tying and supporting the harness to keep connection, but without success. Anyone with any experience with these things have any ideas or solutions?

I would contact Alltrax direct for solution. They have always been willing to talk me through problems.

Although the circuit board only has one screw it should have a thin layer of silicon underneath as well as it is plugged into the controller pins so it should not be loose. I just had a small transistor piece break off of my alltrax and they sent me out a new circuit board no questions asked. Great customer service! Give em a call bro and let us know what you find out.
