Default Synthetic oil in new cart engine

Anyone know of any problem with changing the oil in my new Ezgo with the Kawasaki FJ400 engine to synthetic? I have about 5 hrs run time on it?

normally you would break the motor in on regular oil to let the rings seat, then change to synthetic.

I put royal purple oil in all my gas carts.

I would put about 25 hours on the cart b4 changing oil.

(Full)Synthetic on a basic golfcart engine so without removed or hooked up limiter is "bullshit".

It costs more and is only relevant in overrevving situations and extreme temperatures and maybee when your making very much miles in a year.

Our GX 160 in a racekart with up to 5800 revs has never seen other than basic oil 20 - 50.
Please think of the extreme revving differences,1000 - 5800 every couple of seconds, in a raceengine on the track, which your engine never reaches!

I CHANGED MY OIL LAST NIGHT AND REAR END GREASE. I USED ROYAL PURPLE 10W30 AND LUCAS 75W-90(I THINK) IN THE REAR. I DIDNT NOTICE ANYTHING DIFFERENT IN THE REAR END, BUT THE MOTOR IS RUNNING SO MUCH QUIETER NOW. ITS WORTH THE FEW EXTRA BUCKS. I ALSO NOTICED WHEN I WAS PUTTING THE NEW OIL IN THAT IT WAS STICKING TO CAM AND WASNT JUST RUNNING OFF LIKE REGULAR OIL DOES. I CAN USUALLY HEAR A LITTLE NOISE FROM THE VALVES, BUT NOT NOW.
