Default What do the OBC'c look like?

Hi All just wondering what does the OBC look like. I have a 48V 2000 DS. I got it for free and have had some issues with it. The battery's seem ok (neighbor check them out and said they will hold a charge indivualy) When I plug the charger in it wont come on. Another friend (Electrical background) Looked it over and changed out the relay. I hae read on here about alot of problems with the OBC's. I tried resetting it and nothing. Now I just want to know what it looks like.

It will have the ground wire running through it and it is under access panel in rear and is located on driver side. Hope this helps.

Yep the last - NEG battery lead will be threaded through the hole in the plastic.

Go Get a digital meter from , Harbor freight, Lowe's ...etc.
Any Sparky owner must have at least 1 good digital meter.

Measure each battery ,
then entire pack , from 1st +POS lead across all batteries to Last -NEG lead.
Then post results here .

Thank you all. I was busy with work today so I didnt get a chance to mess with it.

I will get a meter or borrow one from someone and get the voltage.
