Default Cart seems a little tired

Guys

I have an 04 DS IQ stock everything straight from the golf course. That's soon to change. Plan on lift and tires and most lilkey a PQ Bandit for starters. I have 2011 Trojans batts. They show great on DVM both as a pack and individually. Pack voltage after fully charged is generally above 51 even after 30-45 minutes driving around the neighborhood. I have not seen the pack drop below 50 after driving approx 15 miles. Individual batts are 8.48-8.58 across the board also after running for 30-45 minutes. Have not tested specific gravity or been load tested. Last few days I seem to notice the cart just seems to lack a little pep. I still GPS 14-15 on code 3 setting but at times it seems to get there a little slower if there is a slight incline on the neighborhood streets. Sometimes it seems a little slower to get there when it's flat. Not talking hills as it's fairly flat here. On todays run there were times when I thought it was just my imagination cause all seemed well and then it would seem to reappear ever so slightly. Batt cables are clean and tight but stock. I did recently install a new OBC that solved my charging issue but the cart ran fine after the install. Do controllers get a little weak or is there anything else I should look at. The problem is a suttle difference but even my GF noticed .

Thanks

tire pressure good? every connection tight? motor & controller too? any of your cables feel stiff? (corrosion)

Will check those things out. What's a commutator?

Ok...Well I'll check the other things first (other spelled easier )...if it turns out to be motor related it's time for the PQ Bandit.
