Come on guys, give the fellow some answers. I don't know squat about DS carts but some of our members do.
The best that I can tell you is new controller, upgraded cables, new motor and batteries.
Since you are upgrading, you will surely want a lift kit, wheels and tires. Light kit probably, stereo, voltage converter and on and on. Just how big is your wallet?

as of right now I just need to get through christmas with it like it is, thats why I was asking if there was a way to just tweak it a bit just temporarly till next year, I do however have to order a back seat here next week. I dont want a lift kit but I will be doing rims, possibly a body kit, controller/motor combo and I will see where that takes me. As of right now I was looking to make it black with Red like my car. However I saw a company thats about 10 miles from me that has a new body style camaro kit that would look killer. just havent got that far yet!

You "May" need the HD rear springs if you put a rear seat on it. Best advice is to wait and see after the seat install and the load you "May" haul and see if the springs sag.

Yep, you figure on 4 passengers and 2 or 3 more hook on at the track because you are going their way.

Yeah I was looking into that as well! figure I should just order both at the same time. There will be 2 to 3 adults on the back of this thing at some point, depends on how many of us are drunk!

Count on all of them being drunk, then shop with that in mind
