Default Mystery 22V Wire in 95' 48V DS

While probing some unused wires in my 95' 48V DS that come out of my headlight loom I came across a green wire that read 22-23V. Its hot all the time. Only green wire I could locate was going to one of the limit switches, when I unplugged it voltage was stopped but so was cart. Cart has had some rewiring done at some time so it could be a mistake.

Any clue as to what this may be intended for? Front buzzer maybe?
