Well this just keeps getting worse the more I look the worse thing get..... now that I have the clutch off and apart,,,, both shives inside and out are worn in to a wave~~,,,,, I took a strait edge and held it on the faces and they have groves from the belt worn into them,,,,, one is aprox. 0.040 deep..... No way of machining them out they are just to deep...... So now it's either time for a new clutch or try to find some good ones..... Does anyone know of any used cart salvage yards????? Some one must have a good clutch off a G22???? It's either that or CPP's new performance clutch......

Don't get discouraged. People abuse these things and no maint. makes it worse. Once you get it done it'll be good for a long time. Try to have fun with it

Yea Thanks,,,,, not discouraged,,,, just mad that no one would take care of a piece of equipment..... As far as I know It left the golf course this past spring.... So it was there for 7 years not sure how long they keep one.... you would at least think they would change out the belt when it needed it...... all in all it's a great cart.... will post a few pics when I get it done/painted.....
