What year is my zone electric car?
installed 6- 8 VOLT BATTERIES....LIGHTS/ HORN/ SIGNALS/ BRAKE LIGHTS ALL WORK. NOT FINDING VOLTAGE AT THE IGN SWITCH OR FOOT SPEED CONTROLLER . CURTIS CONTROLLER FLASHES ONCE....THE 3 FAST FLASHES.
CONTROLLER 1268-5403 400 AMPS VIN STAPED IN FRAME ABOVE MOTOR SAYS YY OR XX 10051562 I KNOW SOME FOLKS SAY THESE ARE JUNK....BUT IT IS BUILT VERY WELL THANKS FOR PAST HELP !! |

Thanks steve....if sensor is defective or disconnected does it disable power to the motor and the accelerator pedal? I have no voltage at the foot pedal controller micro switch. Downloaded Curtis manual for this controller last night...whew 60 pages...lot's of ink !!
