All you need is a 4 foot 4x4 or a 2x6 or 2x8 board and ratchet strap, strap the tire to the board, and the wheel will not spin to break the lug nut loose, you can use a fence post to strap the wheel to

The Snap-On 18volt is a monster,I use mine for everything.If someone did use Loc-Tite,and it was red,a quick shot of heat will break it.You only need a propane or even a butane "crack-torch" as they are known as to break it free.Then they should loosen easily.Hope this helps.

Never underestimate the manual impact wrench. The kind you whack with a hammer. It even works on phillips head screws, since you're whacking it, it rarely strips them.
