Default Trojan t145

Have a chance to pick up some trojan t145 6 volt batteries for 135 bucks a pop with core exchange. What are the advantages of these batteries vs say t105 cause I can snag those for 92 a piece at the same place. Thanks for the opinions!

If you go to the Trojan site, the specs are there to compare. Basicly they are heavier and have more amp hours. They are also slightly taller. I plan to go with them in the future.

The T-145 will last about 6 months longer and will have about 16% more range per charge, but will cost about $3.40 more per month over their lifespan.

The T-105 is the best bang for the buck at the prices you listed.

I just installed a set of T-145's. Been on top of them water/charging wise and after 20 or so charges are getting stronger. Maybe have a look at the negative post for a date stamped or an ink stamped next to the negative post to make sure they are a fresh set.

Michael, do you mind me asking where you got the batteries? I'm just across the line in GA and I'm in need of new batteries. Those sound like some pretty good prices.

There is a shop in Perry Ga called Mikes Golf carts that was doing a blowout on their stock a while back. Im not sure if they still have that sale going on but here is the website http://www.mikesgolfcarts.com
