Default solenoid

I am trying to repair a 2005 48 volt club car the solenoid just clickety clickety clicks sometimes and cart will run need to know what makes the sol work or if there might be some way to bypass this problem Thanks

Sounds like you have very low battery voltage. What’s the pack voltage at right now?

Are you saying the solenoid clicks every time you press the gas and sometimes the cart will not go? Or ....
Are you saying that when you press the gas the solenoid clicks sometimes and the cart goes?

yes sounds like a battery problem but that is not the case they have had it to other shops but they could not find the problem

OP, Unplug the two pin connector from the MCOR (under the floor and connected to a linkage from the pedal) and jump out the connector with a paper clip or a small piece of wire. It will be a blue wire and green wire connector. If it runs with the jumper in place, your MCOR has failed. Get one here https://www.revolutiongolfcars.com/mcors
