Default Backward Throttle Signal

Built a 2001 DS series cart a couple months ago.
Upgraded to 500 amp Curtis 1205, 4AWG cables ,big solenoid.
Cart ran fine, put 20 or 30 miles on it.
It sat for a month and now it's not right.
When I press pedal, solenoid clicks, but no go.
After pumping the pedal, it started working somewhat.
When pedal is pressed and released just before solenoid disengages the motor will go full speed. It you hold it at that point it will run full speed. If the pedal is moved it will stop running.
I put the programmer on it and it showed the the throttle signal reversed, 100% at rest and 0% floored.
It also showed wiring fault.
It has an mcor1, I connected an assumed working mcor4, but got nothing.
Is the controller throttle setting the same for both mcor's?
Current throttle setting is 0, which is what is was working on.
Tried throttle 1 & 9 settings on original mcor, didn't work.
What would cause throttle signal to reverse itself?

No difference in throttle signal between MCOR 1 & 4. 5K-0 ohms. Not familiar with that Curtis, but does it have a way to relearn or rest the throttle as it seems it is corrupt in the programming.

OK, thanks Nole.
The settings are the same parameters as when I built the cart and it ran like it should.
This thing has jumped timing, it don't make any sense to me.
I cannot find a default or reset setting.
I disconnected the batteries and discharged capacitor, it made no difference
I connected the mcor4 but not micro, pressed pedal down for 0% throttle, closed micro,
as I let off pedal it accelerated as normal, as I pressed pedal down it decelerated like it should.
Somehow things have gotten backwards.
I'm befuddled.

Sorry MD, he said he has no experience with the 1205's either as they were aftermarket and he only messed with OEM or Alltrax units.

I guess a call to Curtis Tech Support and see if they will help....

The MCOR has 3 wires, which ones are You using?

Did You just disconnect the 2 wires from the Controller Terminals #2 and #3 and measured the resistance You are getting from the MCOR?

I'm using purple and yellow to J2 & J3.
Using throttle setting 0.
Both the mcor 1 and 4 show same results on programmer.
Pedal down 0% throttle, pedal up 100%.

I could be totally off base since I've never replaced an MCOR, but is it possible you put it physically on the wrong side?

I'm reading 5 ohms pedal up and around 450 pedal down.
