97 cc ds will not travel
I have checked voltage across all batteries and have 51.2 volts. Each battery by themselves is 8.44 to 8.62 volts. When I hit the gas pedal I get a small engine bump. The voltage at the solenoid is reading 51.1 when the pedal is all the way down. When I release the pedal the voltage slowly goes back to zero at the solenoid posts.
I have cleaned the pot and the F/R switch. The signal sounds when in reverse. With ignition off none of this happens... Like it is made to do. Any help would be awesome. I am very new to carts but fairly good with electrical systems. I just don't know enough about carts. It ran perfectly at one point and the next morning it did not run at all. |

Re: 97 cc ds will not travel
So you are getting a click at the Solinoid, switch on, Forward, accel pressed ?
Do you have a Forward / reverse rocker switch , or is it a lever which moves from left to right ? And does it have 1 solinoid or 2 ? read this ! http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/elect...en-system.html |
