Ok, I am officially an idiot! I checked every connection and battery nut, except one obviously. The connector was broke and hanging by a thread. New cable and connectors and I am good to go. Except for the not enough torque thing, but I know how to fix that. Thanks for all of help to the guys that replied, i really apopreciate it!

Glad to see that you found the problem.

What connector was broken and hanging by a thread?

Thanks!!!!

It was one of the cables on battery #4, it was like it was real thin.

I just ordered a 4 ga cable kit for the whole cart and a heavy duty solenoid, gonna order a 400 amp controller later today. Will 400 be enough power for alot of hills?

400 amps should be good. Remember that using a higher amp controller doesn't necessarily provide more torque or speed. The system uses what it needs. If your cart is a 36V or 48V with a 400 amp controller, that should be enough with upgraded cables and a H/D solenoid.

Don't know what controller you purchased, but some of the Alltrax controllers are programmable, so you can fiddle with the torque/speed settings. I have the AXE4845 programmable controller on my cart and it is a very nice package.

A digital voltmeter is very inexpensive and easy to use. Post the individual battery voltages and pack voltage. Check your cable connections. Make sure that you have the correct cables for the application. Yes, too small of a cable will cause resistance and heat!
