After getting the part in. I pulled the motor as before. I used a bar across the seat rest braces and a tie-down strap to support the motor during removal and installation.

After getting the motor removed, I installed the new bumper. Quieted the clicking noise right down. In this picture you can see the new part installed in the motor coupling.
