Judge, this cart should not be too hard to fix! It ran but didn't charge ... You changed the obc. Now it charges but doesn't run? Right!? Was a new obc? used? exact match? ....do you have a part #?

The 19 volt #'s were from putting the red volt meter wire on the red wire coming off the postive post of the rear bat on pass. side ( as above) and then continuing to follow the path of wires and continued to get similar readings in the 18-19 v range. Not sure if that is a correct procedure however
By jove I think U've got it !

With peddle max the motor should also have 48+Volts.
It sounds like you have either ,

Wired something incorrectly = Double check Triple check
Purchased the wrong OBC = confirm by checking old and new part #,s
or you have fried the POT = confirm by Ohm meter 5K ohms (no throttle) to 0 ohms (with throttle maxed)

If all this fails I would guess that U have arced something across the controller and taken it out.

PS: something just dawned on me from about 6-10 months in the past when a guy ran the wire through the obc backwards,
I argued it was impossable , but he changed it ans Walaa it fixed it ?

Can we confirm that you got the correct OBC for your cart? A part#?

Pot (box) is potentiometer the thing which sends peddle position to the controller
to increase or decrease speed to the motor .

OK I tested the OHMs on the POT. Disconnected the purple and yellow wire from the controller.

Results 0 with no peddle

numbers while depressing peddle different than test page sample

5.1 with full throttle.

Tightened everything again. Took cart out of garage and depressed accelerator. Small shutter, creeps a little then it goes full speed. Similar results in reverse.

Does this sound like the POT

Thanks
