Quicker acceleration?
I recently put a PQ beast motor in my cart, it has increased the top end speed to 23mph which I am happy with, what I would like is faster acceleration to get to that 23mph. Right now the cart eases up to the 23 is there an easy way to increase the acceleration rate. The cart is on 03 48v DS series motor, with stock controller, and 6 ga cables. Any suggestions.

Re: Quicker acceleration?
Buy a Altrax conroller go up in amps 500 would be plenty. Then buy the cable and turn up the ramp up rate on the controller. Thats one way.

Re: Quicker acceleration?
Hey Fritz just so U know nothing is free,
so if you throw more amps at the motor, it will go faster and have more acceleration, BUT U will get less run time from charged batteries !!! |
