Rejuvenating 8 volt Batteries
I bought an older cart with batteries that are iffy at best. After trickle charging each for 2 days, 4 of the batteries measure right at 8 volts cooled and 2 are at 4.5. I bought some stuff on ebay which claims it will rejuvenate old batteries by cleaning the lead plates. You are supposed to take out some of the batteries fluid first. How can you do that safely and did I get taken on ebay?
