Default Rear End question

I'm having some problems with my batteries in my cart. I jacked it up last night to load test the batteries. I noticed only one wheel turns. Is this normal?
My main problem is that my cart is slow after charging It will barely go. It reads 47.7 across the whole pack, under load its 46.9. When charger is pluged in it reads 51 volts. Batteries are 3 years old maybe. Any help would be great.

Thanks
Chris

the diffs on these things are open so the one side at a time is all you will get fw or rev. unless there is some sort of traction device. your batteries are sounding like they are pretty weak can you take a hydrometer reading of each cell and post results.

Yes it is like my grandfather who was in racing told me "IF YOU WANT TO PLAY YOU GOTTA PAY" so true with these carts.
