Bad Boy Buggie problem

Ok......it certainl is a possibility that some were overfilled as it was very difficult for me to see the water levels. I did notice some liquid under the cart after the charge that I didn't think was there prior to charging. The newest development........after being on the computer researching for about 45 minutes, I returned to the garage. Turned on the key, hit the toggle to fwd and BINGO, the cart works. I took it for a quick ride and lost 2 "bars" on the battery charge level, which seems excessive for the short ride that I took. I pray this isn't an intermittent problem as they are the hardest to troubleshoot and are most disappointing when jumping on to head fishing and it fails.

I think failure after your done fishing and getting ready to head back will be worse. At least if you have a issue you found out about it before your stranded somewhere.

The meter on the cart is not a scientific instrument, a digital multimeter operated by yourself IS. It doesn't matter what the dash meter says, they can be all messed up by poor voltage. Assume nothing when working on a sparky cart, and always start with the basics.
