Got my 4" drop axle lift in the mail today....with no instructions. Can someone post pictures of the underside of your cart so I can see how this thing goes on. Front and rear please. Or if anyone has some instructions can you post them or pm me.

Re: Drop axle lift
Just did one, Rear is blocks: undue shocks , undue springs from axle install blocks with new u-bolts and re install shocks. Pretty simple although rear gave me more trouble than front due to axle twisting with motor top heavy. Good luck, well worth it. Just got my tires in yesterday and mntded them, made this cart look Bad to the Bone, now on to change controller and motor today.

Re: Drop axle lift
the rear goes outside the springs so the springs will have to be removed to put outside the springs. But you can still do it one side at a time. Just dont tighten anything tight until everything is assembled or you will have issues.

Re: Drop axle lift
Packages 1&4 are the rear lift. 2&3 are the front. Can you post a picture of your rear suspension with the wheel off?

Re: Drop axle lift
That looks like a Strech 5" drop axle kit.
If so here are the instructions http://www.strechplastics.com/Links/PDF_Instructions/E-7-01.pdf[/URL] |
