Default 03 mcor question

Ser # AQ 0337 321701 2003 CC 48v . Push the go pedal about 2+ inches before anything happens, I hear a click in the mcor at the same time the solenoid clicks and then it seems normal just alot of free travel.

Pack voltage is 50.4v
purple/white wire has 50.4v
white wire has 4.75
yellow wire has .25v
push pedal voltage increases to 4.55v book calls for 4.65v is this OK?

When checking ohms I have to blip the pedal to get the low reading

yellow + purple/white- 2.55Kohms blip the pedal drops to 1.71
pedal all the way to the floor is 9.26kohms

yellow+ white- 11.5 kohms blip pedal drops to 9.63
pedal to the floor 1.60kohms

Should there be 2+ inches of free travel before any throttle response?

what do ya think replace mcor?

. . . check for wear at the base of the GO pedal where the MCOR input shaft makes contact with it . . . see if the GO pedal moves forward for this 2" distance before the MCOR input shaft begins to rotate . . . if this is problem, there are several backyard mechanic fixes for this, or you can just purchase a replacement GO pedal and input shaft . . . $40 at CC dealer . . .
