Club Car DS Solid State Conv. Question

Hi I have a 1997 Club Car DS with the v-glide setup 36v Lifted. I recently got a Ez go TXT chassis (not sure the year and I cant find any vin plate) it has no motor but it does still have the speed controller, wiring, solenoid, and pedal. My question's are is that everything i need? has any body else tried this? and is this worth the work?
Any advice would be great thank you.

You will need to use the Ezgo ITS throttle with that controller. This may prove to be too much of a pain in the butt to be worth it for a weak 275 amp conversion.
The stock Ezgo stock 275a Curtis control is not big enough or tough enough for big tires or off road use in my opinion.

Thank you for your quick response. I kind of figured it wouldn't be that easy. My cart has a lift and 23" tires. I am looking to make it climb hills better and a little more speed. Do you have any suggestions on which route I should take I have no glue on most of this but I am willing to learn.

One thing I've learned here is Hills is a relative term. We have rolling hills that get steep in the canyons to where a fire truck couldn't make it up the driveway.

When faced with the need for more torque and speed these carts respond well to 48v. The modest voltage increase gives about 30% more power and speed.
If the hills (& loads) are modest and the motor is stock a 400 amp control on 48v is enough. If the hills are steep and/or the loads are heavy then an aftermarket motor and 500-700 amp set up is needed. These are some guidelines you can use.
