Default Frame replacement?

The cart is a 2004 CC AQ 0402 360740 at first glace it looks real clean but when I looked under it you can see it took a hit on the front right corner.
floor pan is wrinkled and torn and the outside of the frame that the body rests on (next to batteries and floor) has be cut out and replaced with a piece of 1/2 x2" bar. Also the round tube that is just behind the front tire has a broken weld at the inside frame. First thought is walk away but then I started thinking .........

can you get a new frame? To costly? Not sure how much it would cost to have a shop weld it back together the way it should be.

What would it be worth to part out?

Well, I would scrap the frame and part out the rest.
The cowls, roof, roof supports, wheels, tires, electronics especially are all worth something...

I'm in California. This isn't my cart, it belongs to my neighbor who is moving and mentioned it was going to be for sale but did not say how much and I didn't ask. I have the cart at my house charging the pack it was totaly dead and she couldn't get the charger to come on. I put a few volts in each battery and charger is working fine.
