Here's the diagram:

This site usually has all those parts for sale but they don't have everything, and it looks like they don't carry the screws you're looking for, and if they don't have them, I don't who else would. But you can get them at a hardware store once you figure out what size.

I'm pretty sure they are 1/4 -20 x 1" bolts with a larger flatter pan head (I can't remember the name of that type of bolt). But they go into some type of compressing blind nut as mentioned above. When I replaced the blind nuts on my cart I bought them from one of the suppliers (Everything carts I believe).

I got a box of 20 or 25 of these bolts in Stainless Steel from Home Depot. They didn't have a smaller package of them but I ended up using quite a few as I was reassembling the body on my cart. I can look for a number on the package tomorrow if your interested.

Here's an image of the nut from everything carts. I had to glue the backside of one after it started spinning when i was first tightening it down. The description states 93 and newer but when I switched out my 89 for a later body they looked similar to me.

Yep, it was pretty straight forward. The clip that holds the cable in place was pretty annoying, but it was good besides that.

Still waffling on whether or not I want to put my governor back on or just install a tachometer to keep an eye on it.
