I made this plate with a drill, file and a hacksaw just for therapeutic measure to blow off some steam from not being able to figure this thing out. Had all the tools to just cut it out but it was definitely self satisfying to have a small victory.

The aluminum tube in the pic is how I push the throttle from behind cart. If I ever figure this out it will then be cut up into fishing rod holders mounted to the bed for my buddies sons to transport their rods.

Yes, this does not allow for much clearance and you can see where it has been hitting.

Maybe the motor can housing is 90 degrees off due to motor reassembly error.
Not sure on these if it keyed and can only go one way or whether it could be rotated 90 degrees for stud clearance.

Being an A and an S terminal I would think it would have to short circuit as well but no telling what if any damage it's done. I just tested continuity to all wires in throttle box and they all checked out

That's lubrication and not water. Is it normal to not get the green flashes upon key on due to the FNR conversion? One thing I've noticed is these batteries are always bubbling. Always. Days after charging they are bubbling. Normal? Never noticed it on my RXV. Where do I go from here? I appreciate yalls help so much.

I'm going to move the controller by the way. Everything is just mock wired and I mean everything at this point. I have all the wires going just about everywhere exposed for testing.

Yes some sets bubble more than others even days after charging..... I'm not certain of the significance - maybe somebody knows?

Oh ok. It was dry as a bone and I sprayed some foam WD in there. I have an obsession with WD40.
