Put the controller into diagnostic mode and listen for beeped error codes while driving.

Attached is the label off the controller cover that lists the various beep codes, and the text at the bottom of label tells you how to get controller into diagnostic mode.

It cant be anything measuring battery voltage would reveal. However when all else fails you might want to reconsider and make the suggested voltage measurements just to be sure.

I absolutely will. We're actually heading to the beach for the week but he's home with the cart. I'm just trying to get a plan of action and some ideas for when I get back to check it.

So we're at the beach close to a dealer I like to deal with so I picked up a new F & R switch. I spoke with the tech guy and he said if the F & R switch was failing it could give the same symptoms as we're having. But I still plan on checking voltage when I get home. Updates to come.
