Default alltrax install question HELP!!!

Im in the middle of my 36 to 42 volt conversion,,,

installing 4g wirer alltrax sr48500 controller 400amp solenoid HD F/R switch,,,, all parts needed on hand and half way installed,,, but I'm stuck and have a quick question.... my 2004 ego txt series cart with a stock 4 blade controller terminals are labeled,,, B- B+ M- AND A2

im in the process of the upgrade. looking at my new controller and the wiring diagram and i only have 3 main terminals???? B+ B- and M-.

question is,, where is the 4th main terminal on my alltrax controller?,,, A2?

did i get the wrong controller?

I had the same question, and the answer is no. Follow the diagram Scotty provided and you’ll be good.

2 of the wires share a terminal. Look at the diagram carefully. [emoji106][emoji2532]

SR install for TXT. Or 4 to 3 terminal install.
Your old controller may have had the A2 terminal with 2 cables going to it.
This terminal has been eliminated.
The 2 cables that went to controller A2 went to the motor and the F&R.
These 2 cables are replaced with 1 that goes from motor A2 to the top lug on the F&R.
In the early days we used to take these 2 cables and bolt them together to make one - essentially what you are doing is bypassing the missing controller terminal. I hope this helps.
