What to expect with a new motor?
I already put a alltrax 500 controller in my 2014 precedent and this thing moves along pretty well. I can get 25mph out of it on the flat with windshield up and a large mammal in the passenger seat 300 plus pounds. It takes quite a bit of time to get there. If i upgraded the motor what could I expect to see performance wise. I am looking at the AMD 7144 would it really make that much difference. I am happy with the top speed 25 is plenty with the stock brakes. Has anyone upgraded the controller and then the motor and thought i was not worth the money to change out the motor.

Re: What to expect with a new motor?
WELL for starters. you have a Club Car, and you are asking questions in the EZGO section....HOWEVER....looking at the specs of a AMD 7144, which is a TORQUE/SPEED motor, you should expect more of each with a 500 amp controller....but couldn't say how much of either....and they won't either.
