HELP No POWER after Alltrex 48500 pds install
I just got through upgrading my 2010 EZGO TXT PDS 36 volt cart to 48 volts. Installed new Trojan 8 volt batteries, New Alltrex-48500-PDS controller and 48 volt solenoid. I am not getting any power to the controller. The only way to get the green light to turn on is by connecting it to a laptop. I can also program the controller with the Alltrex tool kit. I followed there wiring diagram and all connections are correct. Any ideas or help getting this controller to work?
PS Cart was working perfectly before the upgrade. |

Make sure all the plugs are correctly positioned and fully seated. (It is possible to offset J1 by a row. See attached picture)
Do a screen capture of the Toolkit monitor screen and post it. Also post the controller settings screen. |

I also changed the charger receptical from the 2 prong d style to the 3 prong triange charger. Could there be an issue with the interlock?

There is red red and white wire that was used on the old 2 prong d style recepticale. Were does that wire need to be connected?

The red wire needs pack positive. Just to be clear, I'm attaching a pic.
Red and white can be interpreted several ways here. |

Can you post a picture of the receptacle and the battery bay?
Post 2005 TXT would not have the Reed switch posted. It would have a main (+) battery connection instead |

The smaller red wire that goes across the cart to the controller, ought to be connected to the small blue wire coming out of the new triangular charge port, or connected to B+ someplace.
