One other thing, this cart does not have a tow/run switch.

There is a micro switch under the mat in the pedal box. Blue wire brings power to the key switch. When the key is on, the power goes through the green wire to one side of the micro switch. When the pedal is pressed down a little bit the micro switch is engaged and brings power to the red wire which leads to the small positive terminal on the solenoid and should makes the solenoid click. with a digital volt meter, check to see if you have power to the green wire leading in to the micro switch with the key on and the cart in FWD. If you do, press the pedal down and see if you have power to the red wire.

This one may help a bit, just because it has the solenoid activation circuit highlighted in read. You need to get the solenoid to click first. Start with your dmm at the charge port and verify that you have pack voltage all along that path. If you need help id’ing components, google is great or post a pic here of under your seat and guys will point out the particulars.

Always good to hear and those of us still learning always appreciate when the resolution is posted. Did you follow the diagram, or were you just hunting around? Either way, I’d keep it for future reference.

The molex plug, if your cart has one, should still be removed. There’s a good chance it will fail you at some point.

Was about to pull then new batteries, and drag the cart to the dump. Just happened to see the key switch wires that were cut underneath the golf cart. Thanks again for all your help!! As this is her name, Sexy is back with a vengeance.
