Do you have something to test the voltage of the battery pack? because that's where you really need to start. BBBHC posted the chart, so you should know where you are charging wise once you take this reading. Also, take a reading of each battery individually.

I printed the battery chart and will test this evening after work.

Check the four wire Molex connector plug for corrosion. It should be located somewhere beneath the controller. Also that solenoid looks a little rusted and weathered. I would make sure it is good also. Just because it clicks don't always mean it works.

You can charge individual batteries with a 6 volt charger, or in pairs with a regular 12v automotive charger. Your cart charger does have to sense a minimum voltage to begin charging.
