Default finding the year cart was manufactured

MY daughter was given a ezgo electric cart. it has the branding on it of "Freedom txt" I can't find a tag on it for the serial number or how to find the year of manufacturing.
The cart ran when she first got it but when it ran out of power they pulled it about 300 yards. now it wont move.
If i put it on blocks the back tires will spin, but wont move on its own.

Put it on charger right away. Leaving batteries like this is a death sentence.

Lift the flap at the rear of the battery compartment and there might be a label on the frame cross-member, circled in attached picture.

If not, EZGO didn't try to re-invent the wheel every year like the auto industry did, so nothing much changed from year to year. The important things are drive type and era.

Does the steering column have three bolts holding it to the floorboard, or does it he four bolts?

Does the controller cover have a switch on it?

The steering column does have 4 bolts and the controller cover does have a switch.
Looks like under the coverbehind the seat was a sticker but it is not there any longer.

You have a 36V PDS cart that was built after model year 2000.5.

The 36V PDS was the same from that point on to the end of its production circa 2009, so nailing down the exact year without knowing the serial number or manufacturer's code will be next to impossible.

Does the OP need the exact year for electrical troubleshooting if you know he has a 2000.5 or newer PDS?

Plug the battery charger in right away. What I meant was you should never leave the batteries partially discharged. Plug it into a charger after every ride, or at least at the end of the day.
