48V battery wiring
Just got a cart and want to make sure all connections are correct. It’s a 2010 RXV. It has four 12V batteries with Danaher controller. It is basic with just battery charging receptacle. No radio or lights yet. For instance, the ground cable coming out of the motor brake harness, should it connect to the rear battery negative or the battery closest to the controller. The charger receptacle is going to the farthest battery on the right. I understand how the batteries are wired in series, just want to make sure the components are on correct battery or does it matter?
Would like to see a basic drawing showing which wires are going to which battery terminal. Thanks. Billy |

Re: 48V battery wiring
Be very careful with the RXV wiring. Very easy to fry the controller. Any time you touch something electrical in that cart you need to be in Tow mode and you are still risking it if you don't know how the RXV behaves...
