Not really. The controllers solenoid is turned on by a switch on the throttle pedal, so it does not stay on like the RXV solenoid does. You would need a 36V 10A or higher relay connected to the keyswitched output to supply keyswitched power to the reducer.

If your reducer has a trigger wire, it's easier. Does it? Also how many positions does your key switch have?

Reducer doesn't have a trigger wire, so it like I need either a relay, or a reducer that does have a trigger wire.....

On a rxv, the solenoid is on whenever the key is on. Not so on a txt (assuming the txt is working correctly), wouldn't work the same.
