48v Cushman
I’ve got a 48v cushman with the Sepex controller. The client messed with the wiring and all the wiring diagrams I have found don’t show the main relay and I don’t believe it is hooked up correctly. If somebody has a picture or could just tell me how that relay is suppose to be wired, the two little wires run into the controller and they had the other two wires hooked to both sides of the solenoid.

Re: 48v Cushman
It's hard to know without knowing what Cushman you have. A picture could help. There is also a Taylor Dunn/Cushman section of the forum, you may have better luck there.

Re: 48v Cushman
I can likely help you out, can you give more info please? Year? Serial number? Model? Controller model? I'll do what I can, just need more info. I might be able to get you the full OEM wire diagram, and maybe diagnostic info.
