Ok. Standard prototype procedures. Let's use the driver's side battery tray, and driver's side outer battery tray. Battery of choice is Crown cr 235 6V. Then we insert the universally accepted eliminator 1 gallon multipurpose sprayer. The multipurpose is not just a sprayer, but a 6V golf cart battery. Next insert and measure battery 1 to battery 2. Seems @ 9". Next, carefully move battery 1 to battery 3 position. That length appears to be @ 13" - 14".

I don't have an extra passenger's tray set. So tommorow I'll load the batteries up and do my battery 3 to battery 4 test. I'm hoping battery 4 -5 and battery 5 -6 mirror 1-2 and 2-3.

I going to build 4 more eliminator 6V so I can turn in 6 cores.

This is the wittiest, most funny thing I have ever read in here. LOL!

Obviously you are making your own cables. Go to any vendor website that lists the lengths. Make your cables one inch longer than they sell. This will allow for any difference between what it might take for a battery that has connected caps and unconnected. This is what I would do.

Or better yet, get the batteries and depending on the gauge you use make them to size.

Obviously you don't know what you are talking about. My cables were professionally made. I was looking for the lengths to verify which one went where because I didn't have all the original cables to compare. If you would have read previous posts and look at previous pictures you would have seen the cables in the cart.

Let me know if you need me to type in braille.

I appreciate the positive advice.

Since you are working with a pre made set I'm surprised you don't have numbered cables and an install diagram. This cart takes 13 cables (solid state series)when using 6 batteries. We number 1-8 for the drive system and let you match up the 5 battery cables. The battery to battery cables are different lengths for 6/6v vs 6/8s. Make sure you are following the original battery layout

We all know we get what you pay for. I got a super price, and great quality cables. Are there 14 cables with counting 2 into solenoid? 1 of those is from the Pack + to the solenoid. 1 from solenoid to controller B+.

Some photos rotate during upload, or the way I snap them.

14 cables.

To confirm, count your terminals needed. 12 for batteries. 4 on the F-n-R switch. 4 on the motor. 2 on the solenoid. 6 on the controller.

Total - 28 terminals. (not counting your leads to the charging connector)

14 Cables :-)
