Sounds like the pedal box has/had some moisture in it.
The ITS sensor is potted so it is "waterproof", but the potting compound drys out over the years and hairline cracks form as it shrinks, allowing moisture to get on the circuit board it contains. The $25 sensor found on-line are fine. |

Cleared the Auto-Cal and thought I had it. Was mistaken.

If Your multi-meter has a capacitor test function, that capacitor should be 4.7µf .

Found it. Got home, cleaned all the connections between batteries and she's golden. Thanks for all the help.
