You need three posts before you can send or receive a pm.

Go ahead and tell us what is wrong.

It sounds like your not passing the start-up test.

I left Florida a week ago or I could have helped. I would start by looking at the wires inside the wire harness.

Maybe a member with a Danaher handheld close to you will help out.

I inherited a 2011, 2012 or 2013 rxv 48v (Model information sticker is missing) from my son. He said he was operating and the cart died. Symptoms: Initially does not perform start-up but solenoid clicks and then clicks again. Solenoid checked good but replaced with new anyhow. No change. Had Controller (Danaher ACD4805) rebuilt. Reinstalled and tried again with some undefinable electrical sounds and now no start-up, no solenoid activation and run/tow does not work. Totally dead. Checked fuses, charging port, start switch, run/tow switch. do not have a diagnostic tool, just volt meter. Going to check brake and throttle. Does this sound like a wacked controller? Would hate to buy another to find out it's still good or burn out another. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
