Default what is the replacement steering wheel of choice

the one on my cart is falling apart. I like black and live in the lighting capital of the world , so something that does not conduct electricity well would be cool. what brands are good to go and what to stay away from

I had to drop something off at a buddy's house yesterday and I drove past the house where a father and son we hit while out mowing the lawn and the same bolt of lighting left my left side of my face and my left arm burnt by the heat from that strike which is what made me think of adding that.

my stock wheel is nasty the seller had clear coated everything to make it look new and it's flaking off and the rubber underneath is crumbling

ok....keep in mind that every wheel will have a metal core.....and if enough electricity goes through it....it CAN AND WILL melt any steering wheel covering. NOW if you just want a nice looking wheel that has a non-conductive covering....nearly all aftermarket wheels use either a 5 or 6 bolt hole center....and you can find mounting adapters for golf carts at a number of places. I bought my steering wheel at "Forever Sharp" and got the adapter there as well. here is a link to their site, and right now they have 15% off EVERYTHING.
