Voltage at key switch when switch is off
I have a friends ez go golf cart and they replaced the reed switch. After replacing the reed switch, the voltage meter stays on even when the key is switched to off. Replaced the key switch and still having the issue.
I can turn off the voltage meter only by switching cart to tow. They also replaced the solenoid. Any input would be greatly appreciated. |

Re: Voltage at key switch when switch is off
There are many different EZGO golf carts and drive systems, but is general terms, there is is a voltage source connected to the keyswitch and a switched output. It sounds like you have the meter connected to the keyswitch terminal the voltage comes in on rather than the switched or output terminal.
