Fastest Off-The-Shelf Motor for Yamaha G29
My motor has gone out in my Yamaha G29 and I'd like to use this opportunity to upgrade.
What should I buy? Plum Quick Street Riot? Navitas AC Conversion? Something Else? |

With 500 amp alltrax I get up to 32mph on stock tires with 3 people in the cart. That is if I do not limit the rpms (faulty speed sensor lol). With fixed speed sensor it dropped back to 26mph. It will perform.

Ah ok. I'm right at 31 with a motor from Electrical Motor Products, but not with 3 people onboard! Now you have to figure out a way to stop that thing! Looking to do Jake's discs on mine. I was told if more speed is wanted an AC conversion is a must.. dunno. Thanks for the info

I put new shoes in and adjusted them. I can lock up the tires.

Navitas DC to AC conversion kit 4kw motor
35mph with controller set at 70% power. huge upgrade from stock and all was plug and play bolted to factory mounting holes. highly recmmended |
