Forward/Reverse mods
Hi.* I have a 36v 2004 ezgo txt series cart.* *I am trying to convert to 48v so I will be adding 2 6v batteries under the seat. Does anyone have info on modifying the F/R mechanism/linkage so I can move it forward to accommodate a battery?

Re: Forward/Reverse mods
I did that once. It took me a full day with the rear body off...
It was definitely not worth it in my opinion. I would put the extra batteries in the rear bagwell. |

Re: Forward/Reverse mods
I have always used reversing contactor setup mounted in the motor area for that conversion.
