Looking for opinions on 48v fully auto chargers

Hello All,

Im just looking for some input on the many options out there for 48v fully auto chargers....mostly concerned with quality and durability...At times I could be leaving this thing unattended at the deer lease for up to 2 months.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!!

what year is cart ?

Yu really don't need to worry about a cart being left for 2 months. Charge it before you leave and charge it when you get back.
If you really want a plug and forget charger, either the Delta-Q or the Schauer charger will work for that application.

the Delta Q will fully charge it. If left plugged in, will go into the maintenance mode and in 28 days it will recycle, apply a trickle charge to see if a charge is necessary, and perform a charge cycle if needed. If not needed, it will just sit idle in the cold and wait for your return.

I should correct the past post, I just reread my own literature. It checks/cycles every 28-30 days, OR if the pack voltage drops below 37.5 on a 48V vehicle.

It is a 88 club car but im doing a full 48v conv. with alltrax 4865, pb6, 400a selinoid, #2 welding cables, and 6 new 8v trojan 875,s... I just want to be able to plug it in and to get in and go when i get back...and I dont want to have to worry about anything going wrong while im gone....

On another not how cold is too cold?
It will be in Texas and stored in a barn at the deer lease

If a battery is fully charged, there really isn't a TOO COLD condition in the continental US. Performance while operating is diminished, you won't be able to outrun a deer, but in storage it's fine.

The lower the charge the more likely it CAN happen but as long as you keep
a maintenance charge on it U'll be OK.
Does TX ever get down to -92 F (40% charge)
