Pics of my governor. Need help bypassing it!
Hello everyone,
Got out in the garage and took some pics. Here they are. Kinda dark but hopefully you can get the general idea. Now from the carb there is another rod that goes to a switch right by the coil. so when you hit the gas the throttle cable pulls on the spring on the drive clutch, which pushes the other side of the pivot toward the front of the cart. The short steel rod with plastic ends works the carb linkage. At the other end of the carb linkage theres a long metal rod with plastic ends that when the gas pedal is pressed pulls back on the coil switch. |

just tighten the nut to compress the spring all the way, or block the spring from compressing. no need to remove it. you may need to re-adjust the cable to get the right amount of slack in it.
