Default I'm missing something...

Thanks in advance for any responses. I have recently decided to upgrade my 94 series cart with 2ga wires, hd f/r cam, alltrax 4855, and a rewind on the motor. I kept it 36v for now. I wired everything up late last night and powered it up and no movement. The LED flashed 4 times for ITS throttle and when the gas pedal is all the way floored the yellow LED stays on until i let off. The solenoid is clicking. If anyone has pictures or ideas that i can check, it would be awesome. Thanks again

Have you checked you voltages across the solenoid and etc. If you are getting a yellow light this is what alltrax is saying from there website.

Solid Yellow: Controller throttle is wide open, controller is supplying
max output, and is not in current limit.

Is everything hooked up correctly?

Havent checked the voltages all the way around yet. It was late last night and kinda got frustrated so was going to start to mess with it first thing this morning. Should my cart be ITS or 0-5K throttle? After the LED flashes 4 times, it never comes back on. The green light should be on full time when its ready to go. I really dont know if everything is hooked up correctly. The directions from alltrax were a little fuzzy and that could quite possibly be it too who knows.

Does anyone have like a list or know of hand all the connections from the motor to the controller to the f/r switch? I've seen a few pictures on here and everything looks right so far but ya never know.

Your cart is ITS throttle. But you need to have the controller LED solid green after the solenoid clicks to run.

Here is the solenoid activation path, follow this, you should have battery pack + voltage at every point mentioned.... if not stop and find out 'why not'.

TXT Series solenoid activation
Power starts on the White wire on the 36+ of the battery pack.
Power travels to the charger receptacle, goes through a reed switch inside the receptacle and comes out on the red 12 gauge red wire.
The red wire travels back through the loom to the Forward and reverse switch where it attaches to a micro.
The other side of that micro has a blue wire attached that runs under the cart to the front and arrives at the keyswitch.
The keyswitch then transfers power to a green wire which returns to the area of the Forward and Reverse switch.
the power then goes through a 4 pin Molex connector and travels to the "pedal Box" (located under the floorboard of the car) where it goes through a micro and comes out on another red wire.
That red wire comes back up to the Controller/F&R area where it once again goes through the 4 pin molex connector and continues on to the small post of the solenoid.

Alright thanks a lot scotty. I am going to double check those connections and see. How about the connections from the motor connecting to the f/r switch. The controller without A2 threw us for a loop for a sec but Im pretty sure we got that right. Any more info would be appreciated. A buddy has my volt meter and will be returning it ASAP so until then all I can do is check and make sure everything is wired up correctly.

Go to Alltrax website and download the wiring diagram for your controller/cart
