what do i have here???
Hi can anyone tell me exactly what this is? I know i is basically a beefed up ez-go marathon. It has a 295cc robins engine 3 leaf leaf spring in the front and coil springs in the back and the body is made out of diamond platingi.I would like to know some specs on it like top speed load capacity and so on. For pics go to my profile for some reasonthis will not let me attach photos.
Hope you can help. |

Re: what do i have here???
What you have is a 1996 GXT 804D Gas Truck by EZ-GO. They are basically based on the Marathon frame.

Re: what do i have here???
Nope, based on the manufacturer's code: H0996 that's on mine that is the exact same cart as in the original post, it's a 1996. The Marathon body they used is definately not what a 1996 Marathon looks like, but it's not a Marathon cart, it's a GXT 804D Gas Truck. I guess it would depend on the code that's on that one. If it doesn't have a manufactures tag under the dash on the pax side then I guess it could be any where from a 1991-1996??

Re: what do i have here???
An easy way to find out exactly what you have is to go to this link: http://www.shopezgo.com/index.aspx and put in the serial number in the "What Year is My Vehicle" link. That will tell you exactly what it is :>) Hope this helps. When I first did this with my s/n A37928 this is what it gave me:
