Default Stock 1985 G1

I would really appreciate pictures of a stock gas 85 G1 governor set up and how it connects to carb. . Trying to restore it back to stock. Especially of any springs .I have diagrams but they leave out actual pic of acceleratorcable end to spring etc. Thank you.

Your welcome. Hope it helps. If I had a G1 I'd get you pics. There should be some in section somewhere. Might try out search option up top of screen.

Hey glad to help, it looks like the bracket on your air breather needs to go down where it bolts to the rearend housing. if you don't have the original spring you can probably just put a spring where your throttle cable hooks up. if you need to go a little faster just put a little longer screw in the governor shaft and screw it in, that helps a little. hope you get it going .and enjoy.
